Take Control of Your Site Inspection Costs – The Smarter Way to Manage Compliance

Our ‘Standard Membership with Site Inspections’ option is for construction companies that require everything included in our ‘Standard Membership’ plan but need site inspections as well. BSG’s site inspections are offered through ‘Pre-Paid’ inspection Bundles.

Why Construction Companies Choose Pre-Paid Site Inspection Bundles?

The majority of BSG members don’t wait until they need a site inspection – they plan ahead. By pre-purchasing blocks of site inspections, you gain the financial control and operational flexibility that keeps your projects moving smoothly and your budget on track.

Compelling reasons to Pre-Purchase Your Site Inspections

Budget Control -Pre-purchasing site inspections lets you budget accurately for the exact number of visits you’ll need over your chosen period. Track every inspection, monitor your spend, and align your compliance costs perfectly with your financial management systems. It’s the clarity your finance team will thank you for.

Volume Discounts That Make a Real Difference – Why pay more when you don’t have to? The more inspections you purchase upfront, the lower your unit cost becomes. It’s straightforward economics that puts money back into your business where it belongs – on your projects, not on administrative overheads.

Better Planning for Smoother Operations – Never be caught off guard again. Our dedicated Membership Services team proactively monitors your bundle usage and notifies you well before you run low. This forward visibility helps you plan future inspections with confidence, ensuring compliance never becomes a last-minute scramble.

Scale Up or Down as Your Business Demands – Your project pipeline isn’t static – so why should your inspection costs be? Pre-paid bundles give you the flexibility to scale your inspection capacity in line with your actual workload. Busy quarter ahead? You’re covered. Quieter period? You’re not locked into unnecessary costs.

Reduced Capital Outlay – Spread Your Investment – Pre-purchasing site inspection bundles allows you to stagger your capital outlay throughout the year, releasing funds exactly when you need site visits – not months in advance. It’s a more intelligent way to manage your working capital.

✓ Guaranteed Competitive Value – Because We’re Run By People Like You – Here’s what makes BSG different: we’re owned and operated by construction companies just like yours. Our Board of Directors? They’re BSG members too. They use these same site bundles and pay the same prices. This means every rate is set by people who understand your business challenges – guaranteeing you genuinely competitive pricing, not inflated corporate margins.
