BSG Bi-Annual Membership Satisfaction survey results 2018
The Building Safety Group is dedicated to delivering the highest level of customer service for our members. To help us maintain our standards we asked our members to complete a member satisfaction questionnaire. Thank you to the 106 members who completed our survey.

BSG Service
96% of respondents describe BSG’s services as ‘Very Good’ or ‘Good’.
How do you rate BSG membership in terms of value for money?
80% of respondents rated BSG membership as either ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’ value for money.
How often would you like one of our local advisers to complete a site inspection?
31% of respondents would like site inspections every 15 days. 45% would prefer monthly site inspections.

71% of respondents’ preferred method of payment is ‘based on no. of personnel’.
