The aim of the Abrasive Wheel course is to enable candidates to work safely and provide an understanding of current legislation. The course will promote awareness of the dangers and hazards of abrasive wheels and offer advice and steps to reduce the number of workplace accidents to create a safer workplace.

Selection of blades appropriate to both stone and metal cutting to fit both types of disc cutters including required spanners

Abrasive Wheel Refresher (1 hour)
Our one hour Abrasive Wheel Refresher training courses are aimed at operators, managers and supervisors, who as part of their working duties select, mount, specify or use abrasive wheels, who have successfully completed an abrasive wheel use and mounting course within the last 3 years.
£315 if delivered as a stand alone course
£105 if added to any half day course or if conducted as part of a site visit
